Christmas Market 2026

On the second Advent weekend, Burg Ludwigstein once again opens its gates for the atmospheric Christmas Market. In a historic setting, visitors can expect a special arts and crafts market with lovingly designed stalls and a festive Christmas atmosphere.

Numerous exhibitors present their handmade products throughout the entire castle grounds. Whether organic honey, angel candles, hand-worked woolen goods, pottery, patchwork, regional shepherd products, pralines, jams, wood carvings, natural soaps or creative gift ideas – there’s something for every taste.

The market is organized by the Arbeitskreis Europäische Jugendwochen auf Burg Ludwigstein e.V. All proceeds go entirely to financing the European Youth Week.
